Payment Methods
We accept online payments using most debit and credit cards, including Mastercard, Visa, American Express (UK & North America stores only) and a few others. Please do not email us your debit or credit card information.  We cannot be held responsible for any loss that might occur if you include card information in an email.

How to cancel your order
You can cancel your order at any time up until it has entered the shipping process. To check on your order status, please email order@patrona.com. If you have already received our shipping confirmation email, remember that you still have 14 days in which to return your unused product – please see the Returns section for more information.
How we treat VAT in the UK & the European Union
Prices shown on the website for UK and Europe include VAT.  We are required by law to collect VAT on all orders to the UK and other countries in the European Union. Any product that is shipped outside of the UK or the European Union is usually not subject to a VAT charge.  Where applicable, VAT is included at the standard rate of 20% and is always shown separately on your invoice. Where applicable, based on the delivery country of your purchase, VAT is automatically excluded from your order. If you are in any way uncertain about the possible VAT implications of your purchase, please contact us on orders@patrona.com before placing your order.  Unfortunately we are not currently able to exclude VAT for online purchases made by EU VAT-registered buyers, but our invoices will disclose VAT separately.

Import Duty and Customs Charges
For deliveries outside of the UK, the European Union and the USA, you may be required to pay import duty, custom charges or other local taxes or administration fees. This includes destinations such as Norway, Switzerland, Canada and many others. Customs policies vary widely from country to country so please contact your local customs office for further information. Unfortunately we do not offer a subsidy or refund for these costs. Please note that the payment of any import duties, customs charges, local taxes or any administration charges paid to couriers in relation to these fees, is for your own account. Patrona cannot be held responsible for the payment of any of the abovementioned charges.

Payment Security

Patrona uses the Cardsave Payment Service Provider system. All transaction information passed between merchant sites and the Cardsave systems are encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates. No information passed to the Cardsave servers can be examined, used or modified by third parties attempting to gain access to sensitive information. Your details are not disclosed to any third parties without your consent.

Product Availability
Please note that due to distribution limits, it may not be possible to offer worldwide shipping on all of our products. We do subsidise shipping outside of the UK for all products, but in some instances it is not feasible for us to do so.

Voucher Codes
Unless otherwise stated, Voucher Codes cannot be used more than once and cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other offer.

 

Patrona Delivery Information

 

 UK Mainland Delivery

 

Standard UK delivery is managed by Royal Mail.

  • We ship products as standard the same day if ordered before 2pm Monday to Friday with Royal Mail 1st Class.
  • We can’t guarantee delivery within our usual timescales to a small number of remote rural areas.
  • Sorry, but we don’t deliver to BFPO or PO Box addresses
  • Please note that we reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe the address is not secure, for example to a communal postal address. If this affects an order you place, we’ll notify you as soon as possible
  • On rare occasions, some items may be delivered outside the published timed windows.
  • Delivery Charges vary by country and are calculated and displayed during the checkout process prior to payment.

 

Northern Ireland/Channel Isles/Isle of Man Delivery 

  • Orders placed during Monday-Friday are usually delivered within 2-3 working days.  This service is subject to availability and excludes premium delivery services.  Unfortunately we are currently not able to offer weekend delivery.

 

Ireland & Continental European Delivery  

  • Delivery can take between 5-7 days.
  • Import duty, customs charges and local taxes may apply for deliveries to countries outside of the European Union – this would include Norway and Switzerland.

International Delivery  

 

  • Delivery can take up to 5-7 days, although further delays can occur due to custom procedures.
  • Delivery charges are dependant upon the destination country and size of purchase, appropriate delivery charges will be shown at the checkout once the relevant country has been selected.
  • Bags are shipped via international couriers and will need to be signed for.  Delivery of iPhone cases, iPad Cases, laptop sleeves, tablet cases and other small items are shipped using international recorded mail services.
  • Some places are easier to reach than others and so some patience and extra cost might be required. If your shipping country is not on our list or a delivery charge is not shown, please contact us before placing your order.

Returns

If you wish to return a product for reasons unrelating to quality you can return it within 14 days of purchase as long as it is unused and in its original condition and packaging. Please email info@patrona.com and a member of our team will organise the item to be returned to us.

Please note an item returned that is not faulty will need to be returned at the customers expense. In the event of a faulty item Patrona will refund the cost of shipping, as well as the shipping of a replacement product.

If you purchased your Patrona from a retail store or another online retailer, and would like to return it for a refund or exchange it, please contact the reseller directly. We are not able to provide refunds or exchanges for products purchased from other retailers. (But we can help with repairs.)

For all repairs or warranty claims – please contact us at info@Patrona.com 

If it is necessary to send your product back to us for repair, you will be asked to return your Product to our nearest repair location. Please keep the receipt and we will pay the postage.  If after inspecting your product, we are satisfied it is defective in materials or workmanship, we will repair the product at our expense and return it to you free of charge.  This is subject to our product guarantee.  If we are unable to repair your product, we reserve the right to replace it with the same or similar product.

For all returning product, we will provide you with a Returns Reference Number to include with the returned package.
